What kind of service does Pink Elephant provide?

Pink Elephant provides logo design, brand identity, and publication illustration and design. Amongst many goals, this service helps my client's build a visual presence that gives them the platform to stand out amongst their competitors, and to gain and retain the attention of their target audience or market. How long does a project take?

Due to the unique nature of every project, a project timeline can vary from weeks to months. However, before a project is started, clients are informed of what to expect based on all information provided to the designer from the client.

What does the project process involve?

There are a number of steps to ensure the project runs smoothly and is completed properly. This includes reviewing the design brief, research and development, proof presentations, and project finalization. More details are listed on the Onboarding Process form located on the Client Area page.

Does Pink Elephant create websites?

No. Pink Elephant is not a web design company, but is partnered with Spring Sites to provide the visual design elements such as web backgrounds, banners, illustrations, icons, etc. See the Partners page for more details.

Does Pink Elephant have a price list?

No. Due to the unique nature of every project, a custom quote is and must be supplied to succesfully supply a finished product. To get a quote started, please complete the appropriate questionnaire located on the Client Area page, or visit the Contact page for more options.

What payments are accepted?

All accepted payments include check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Paypal. Cash is not accepted. For payment arrangements, Pink Elephant is partnered with Innovative Financial Services for quick term loans. See the Partners page for more details.

What do I need to get a project started?

An approved quote/proposal, a paid deposit and a finished draft of the work that will need design services. Contact me today to get started!
